Take our survey and we'll use your answers to put together a personally tailored programme that is right for you.
Once we have your results, we will email you with a link to your own Online Programme Google Sheet. We'll provide you with easy to follow instructions on how you can access your sheet in the email we send you, so don't worry!
We will write down a list of suggested exercises that you follow for your programme and ask you to stick to a specific number of sets and reps to get the best possible results. To get the most out of your programme, we ask that you log down your results in the columns of your Online Programme Google Sheet provided.
This is ideal for those just starting out or new to the club. If you would like help with how to use our gym equipment and also want a fitness programme set up for you as well then no problem, that's what we're here for.
Register your interest below and we will arrange to meet you inside the club to organise a demonstration of the different gym training equipment and afterwards get you set up with your own Fitness Programme, so you can make the most of your new found knowledge of the different machines we have to offer, whilst also knowing what types of exercises you should be doing.
