TAKE THE COVID-19 FITNESS CHALLENGE

Nothing can hold you down from being who you want to be


This past year has shown just how resilient you are, both physically and mentally.

So why not show everyone just what you're capable of?...

We're looking for participants to take part in our Special Fitness Challenge

Simply commit yourself to exercising 19 times within 12 weeks at the club and see how good you start to feel.

Your 12-Week Challenge starts on 1st March and ends 31st May


HOW TO ENTER


To sign up, simply click the button below and register your details in the form provided.

We will then send you your own Online Programme Tracker Sheet via a link in an email, which you can use to log your 19 workouts by date and the exercises you have done (see below).



At the end of the 12 weeks, you will be able to look back at your results and see how far you've come!


Take the Covid-19 Fitness Challenge and show the community spirit that exists at The Park Club.
